Fit Club Moderators: Nastasha Olsen & Derek Russo, Independent Team Beachbody Coaches

Location: Ss Peter and Paul Church, 404 Hudson Street, Hoboken

Date: Every Saturday

Time: Workout starts at 10 AM and last from 30-60 minutes in length

All workouts will be cardio-based with no equipment needed.

This will help keep the Fit Club simple and safe for everyone involved.

FREE to all


Who is invited?: Anyone from the community is welcome to join in the workouts. All fitness levels can participate in the various workouts offered.

Purpose: The purpose of a Fit Club is to provide a free weekly workout based on Beachbody exercise programs to help those in the community to get healthy and fit.

Fit Clubs are a way to form friendships with those in the community and to stay on the right track with health and fitness. We will have a different cardio workout each week to keep it interesting, selected mainly from the following Beachbody programs: P90X, Insanity, Insanity the Asylum, and Turbofire. After the workout, those with questions can get more information about Beachbody workout programs or proper nutrition. Anyone can purchase the workout programs or nutritionals if they choose to; however there is never any financial obligation to attend the Fit Club.
